You can have predefined email templates for each form, which can be reused for sending responses for submissions.
These templates allow you to define the structure of emails, including the subject and body.
To manage email templates, navigate to Configure > Message templates > Email templates. This section allows you to add, edit, or delete the templates and mark them as active or inactive.
Dynamic variables
Email templates can contain dynamic content by using specific values from submissions to automatically populate relevant field information when sending templated emails, ensuring that the content remains tailored and personalized to the recipient.
This is done by using the variables feature while drafting the body of the email.
