Downloading submissions

The Submission tab allows you to view individual answers to your neetoForm.

Following the steps below, you can download and use these submissions offline or share them with others.

  1. Click on the Submission tab in the form.

  2. Click on the checkbox next to the submission you wish to download.

  3. Click on the Download button. It will also show the number of selected submissions.

  4. Select the format in which you want to save your submissions. You can save them as PDF, CSV, or Excel.

  5. Click on Download again and save your submission in your system.

Hidden fields

Hidden fields are fields that are hidden either temporarily or for tracking UTM parameters or prefiling existing information. If the hidden fields checkbox is enabled while downloading the submissions, responses to these hidden fields will also be present in the downloaded file.

Custom Fields

If the custom fields checkbox is enabled while downloading the submissions, your custom fields and their values will also be present in the downloaded file.


The metadata includes the user's IP address, browser, browser version, device, device type, operating system, and operating system version.

Metadata Information

When you check the checkbox, the following information will be downloaded along with other form submission data:

  1. IP Address: This is the unique numerical address assigned to your device when it is connected to a network. It helps identify your device's location on the Internet.

  2. Browser: The browser refers to the software application you use to access and navigate websites, such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

  3. Browser Version: The browser version represents your browser's specific release or edition. It is important for compatibility and troubleshooting purposes.

  4. Device: The device refers to the hardware you use, such as a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

  5. Device Type: Device type categorizes the general classification of your hardware, such as a PC, Mac, iPhone, or Android device.

  6. Operating System: The operating system is the software that manages your device's hardware and software resources. Common examples include Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

  7. Operating System Version: The operating system version represents your operating system's specific release or edition. It helps with compatibility and troubleshooting.
