NeetoChat widget provides real-time chat support. If you want your form submitters to ask you questions using a chat, you can enable NeetoChat in your forms. Here is how to set it up.
Open your NeetoForm.
Click on the Configure tab.
Click Integrations on the left-hand side.
Find NeetoChat in the Integrations section and click on Connect.
You can now preview & customize your NeetoChat widget as per your requirements.
NeetoChat widget will appear on the published form.
