You can have predefined SMS templates for each form, which can be reused to send SMS responses to your submissions. These templates allow you to define the body of your SMS
To manage SMS templates, navigate to Configure > Message Templates > SMS Templates. This section allows you to add, edit, or delete SMS templates and mark them as active or inactive.
Dynamic variables
SMS templates can contain dynamic content. Specific values from submissions automatically populate relevant field information when sending templated SMS ensuring that the content remains tailored and personalized to the recipient. This is done by using the variables feature while drafting the body of the email.
