With the product list feature, you can build online stores/list your products directly within NeetoForm. This allows your customers to select products, customize options, adjust quantities, view their total cost, and send payment according to the order. Currently, the product list can only be used once per form.
Product list features
Add Products: Add new products with a name, description, image, and price.
Product Options: Create custom options for your products. For example, different sizes or colors for a t-shirt.
Options have different pricing: Set different prices for each product option (e.g., a "red" t-shirt can cost more than a "white" one). Please note that once special pricing is enabled for one product option, it’ll be disabled for the others.
Quantities: Allow customers to select quantities for each item using a dropdown menu or a text input field. You can set minimum and maximum limits for quantities.
Subtotals and Totals: The form will automatically calculate the subtotal for each item and a grand total for the entire order, making it easy for customers to see their costs.
Currency: Choose your preferred currency from a wide range of options based on payment integrations.
Payments: When a customer fills out the form, the total from the Product List will be shown in the Payment gateway selected. (like Stripe or Razorpay) by selecting the Product list total in payment settings.
Setting product list
Visit your form link from the dashboard.
Click on Add new element button given on top left.
Click on Product list element.
Enter Question.
Select the currency from the dropdown.
Click on +Add product.
A side pane will appear ,enter the Name of the product.
Enter Description (optional).
Add an image of the product (option).
Set the Price of the product.
Choose a Quantity selector : Dropdown or Number input.
Set the Minimum and Maximum qunatity.
Click on + Add product option.
Enter Naeme of the product option.
Enable Options have different pricing.
Enter Options name.
Click on +Add option to add more options.
Click on Save changes.
