You can have predefined email templates for each form, which can be reused for sending responses for submissions.
These templates allow you to define the structure of emails, including the subject and body.
To manage email templates, you can navigate to
Configure -> Message templates -> Email templates. This section allows you to add, edit, or delete the email templates, along with the option to mark them as active or inactive.
Email templates can contain dynamic content by using specific values from submissions to automatically populate relevant field information when sending templated emails, to ensure that the content remains tailored and personalized to the recipient.
This is done by using the variables feature while drafting the body of the email.
