On a regular basis we have to deal with spammers. Since most of the features are free and we want to keep it that way, we have added certain limits to prevent spam and abuse of service.
Limit on emails
Each workspace is limited to sending and receiving only 10 emails per hour. If you send more than 10 emails per hour, the extra emails will not be lost; they will be delivered in the next hour.
Limit on number of users
Each workspace can have a maximum of 10 users.
Limit on number of background processes
Each workspace is limited to executing only 10 background processes per hour. Background processes include activities like webhooks, sending SMS, executing automations etc.
