Sometimes, when you embed a NeetoForm on your website, the form may not preview or load correctly. This usually happens because the old embed script of your form is cached in the browser. When the browser loads this cached version, it prevents the latest updates from appearing on your site.
To resolve this issue, you’ll need to clear the site data from the Build page in NeetoForm and disable cache from the Site page where your form is embedded.
Step 1 Disable cache in the embedded site
Go to the web page where your NeetoForm is embedded.
Right-click on the page and select Inspect to open Developer Tools.
Navigate to the Network tab.
Check the box labeled “Disable cache.”
Reload the page.
This step forces the browser to fetch the latest version of the form script from NeetoForm’s servers.
Step 2
If the issue persists, clear site data from the NeetoForm.
This ensures that any stored browser data related to your form is cleared and the latest form version loads.
