How can we help?

Send emails from your domain

By default, NeetoForm sends all form emails from [email protected]. You can change this, so that emails are sent from your own address, giving your respondents a consistent, branded experience.

Email delivery is set per form, so each form can send from a different address. Once a form is connected, that address is used for the emails that form sends, including submission notifications to you, response emails to your respondents, email verification codes, emails from automation rules, and emails you send when sharing the form.

  1. Open the form you want to send emails for.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Under General settings, click on Send emails from your domain.

  4. Click the provider you want to connect. You can connect only one provider at a time.

You can connect to any of the following providers:

Hourly email limit

If you send emails using Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP, the hourly email limit does not apply. The Neeto email service sends through Neeto's own email infrastructure, so the hourly limit still applies to that one.
