Gmail integration to send emails

By default, all emails are sent from [email protected] to you and the submitter.


To maintain your brand identity, you can send emails from your domain by connecting your Gmail account. Once connected, you and the submitter will receive emails from the connected Gmail account, including verification emails via OTP, email notifications after submitting a response, and emails from the automation rule (if set).

  1. Click on the form on which you want to integrate Gmail.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. Under General settings, click on Send emails from your domain.

  4. Click on Connect Gmail.

  5. Click on Sign in with Google.

  6. You'll be redirected to a new page, and here click on continue.

  7. The Gmail account should be successfully connected.
